Step 1. Open the Client > Invoices Tab.
Step 2. Highlight invoices you need to send.
Step 3. Click the Print Selected ribbon as per below.
Step 4. Opens up Issue Invoice window. Tick the "Email PDF", select an "Email To" of your choice and then click the Process Invoices button. See below.
Note: If you need to, you can click the Preferences button to create an email template by changing the email configuration as you require. You can save the template and use it in future.
If successful, each invoice will have a status of "Succeeded". The previous status is "Ready to Send". See below.
